I just read another poster mention Utah's depth of their frontline, with Al, Favors, the rookie, Milsap, and Okur.

They can easily move Al, he's got two years 26 mil left, we could give up Green, Bradley, Sign and trade Baby, Picks, you name it, but the question is would Big Al's much welcomed youth and Low Post scoring ability, would we be the favorites with Big Al.

If they trade for Big Al , will they even have enough cap room to sign Dwight?

the new cap possibly @ $62mil. 2012 Rondo+Al+Pierce=$42.8mil Leaves more than enough to sign a max player in 2012

HMMMM then how about a BBD and Jeff Green for Big AL?

PG: Rondo     / DWest
SG: Ray       / Wafer
SF: PP        / MLE?
PF: KG        / # 25
 C: Big AL    / JO

Wouldn't utah have interest in Green? they have a hole at SF

I think that is a pretty fair trade

In a word, no.

Al can't guard a chair.

no longer true imo

he can guard most chairs, but still has trouble with the swivel variety.

seriously he has improved on d in general and become a better shot blocker.
I think his O is a problem on this team. he is a shot clock eating black hole.

Nope. He is totally inadequate defensively to play on this team. I will pass - happily - on Jefferson.
