Exactly.  And like I said, the Players are going to be fine.  The owners know what it will take to get the Players to the table...and I personally think what they will want is very reasonable.  The owners just need to work it out among each other how they are going to come to grips with what it will take from them to get it there.  And the biggest part will be swallowing their Billionaire pride.
