Our free agents next year...

Restricted
Jeff Green

Unrestricted
Ray Allen (P)
Carlos Arroyo
Glen Davis
Nenad Krstic
Troy Murphy
Shaquille O'Neal (P)
Sasha Pavlovic
Von Wafer
Delonte West

-pretty sure Celtic nation unanimously wants BBD gone
-I'd like to keep Delonte
-I firmly believe Jeff Green at least deserves to get the qualifying offer, and we'll go from there
-I don't think any of the big 4 will be traded
-curious as to whether you guys think Krstic and Von should be back. You could do a lot worse than Von for insurance at the end of your bench, so I say we might as well bring him back. If we can sign Krstic for really cheap/can't get another big man, I think we bring him back as well.
-let the rest of our unrestricted free agents walk

That said, our needs next year will be...
-a backup power forward. Preferrably one who can play solid defense and REBOUND
-some form of center. JO has been great for us this postseason but he has absolutely no lift on offense and doesn't rebound very well
-another backup swingman

Here's the list of free agents next year... http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?page=FreeAgents-11-12

Who do you guys propose bringing in/shipping out/keeping this offseason? Lotsa work to be done.

Jeff should be resigned and Krstic. An offseason here could do wonders. Guys finally stepped up in the end.I wouldn't mind seeing JO back but as a backup as it should have been when we first signed him. The big splash I would love to see us make is offering a deal to DeAndre Jordan. Athletic center who can play great defense, get out on the fast break and convert alley oops. I know offensively he isn't great, but will do what we couldn't get Perk to do, and more!

Jeff Green -- I think he'll get offered a substantial contract this summer. Somewhere close to $40 million. I'm not sure whether Danny will match that or not. If he doesn't, acquiring a reserve wing is a priority.

Nenad Krstic -- I think he'll leave for more playing time and/or money. If Shaq retires, I think bringing back Krstic will become more of an option. Especially since (1) the C's own his bird rights, and, (2) since the FA centers market is fairly weak.

Shaq -- I think he'll return for one last try

Troy Murphy -- gone in search of greener pastures. More playing time, more money.

Sasha Pavlovic -- cut him loose, sign someone better

Von Wafer -- Emm ... not sure. Don't care all that much. Easy to replace. Won't be as good a scorer as Von but they'll be able to find a better defensive player.

Delonte West -- love to keep him, depends on what type of offers he gets though. I like the C's chances. That season long injury has really helped them out in this regard. Otherwise, Delonte would be looking at a decent sized contract this summer (Steve Blake money, $16mil over 4 years, maybe more).

Carlos Arroyo -- one of the top third string PGs in the league, open to keeping him.

Yeah, I'm not sure what I'd like to see them do with their MLE just yet.

I want them to keep contracts to one year only to keep maximum cap flexibility for 2012 Free Agency ... and I'm not sure who the best available players are under those circumstances.

I think a majority of these players will be offered one-year deals.  We all know Danny wants nobody on the books after next season and it's going to be tough to get outside free agents to come in as most will be looking for multi-year deals

What kind of money does Carl Landry make/what kind of money is he expected to get offered this summer? He played backup behind David West before the injury so I don't think he'd mind coming off the bench here.

Keep:

Green (qualifying offer)
Krstic (if he'll take a reasonable, short term deal -- if not, bye bye)
Delonte (as long as he doesn't ask for an unreasonable amount)

I'd also consider keeping Von Wafer around if he will take another minimum deal.

Everybody else can go.  Priority in the off-season has to be getting a backup PF / C who can play 25+ minutes, score, and rebound well.  Basically, a guy who fills the role that Sheed / Glen Davis filled the last two seasons only much better.
Never forget the Champs of '08, or the gutsy warriors of '10.

some free agents, that I think will/should be targeted this offseason.

Kirilenko- can play the 3-4, can play good defense, stretch the floor.

Carl Landry- going to get a big raise but he would be the perfect 6th man for this team. He can really rebound and he is underrated offensively. A second unit of Landry-Green-West might be best bench in league.

Dalembert- he is the type of center we need. Rebounder, defender and shot blocker.

Shane Battier- he's long been a target of Danny, he's that lock down wing defender we were missing this year. no doubt in my mind we will go after him.

Josh McRoberts- Young developing big man who can rebound, score and is a better good defender.

Jamal Crawford- very unlikely but we need that backup 2 guard that can score in the worst way. Crawford coming off our bench behind ray would be lethal.. gunna cost money alot.

I also expect Danny to pull of a pretty big trade, don't know how or for who, but I trust danny to go all in for one more run next year, because after that.. we are lotto bound most likely
