Does anyone know if there is a site that has a list of all the possessions taken in a game, with the results of each one? Essentially, I'm trying to determine what effect time used per possession has on the outcome of it.

You could gather that info from game logs but 82games.com has breakdowns per player and team for points scored and efg% for shots taken in the first 10 seconds of the clock, 10-15 seconds, 16-20 and 21+. It wouldn't have foul shots per time or, if you're looking for it, turnovers by time but it's a starting point.

Like a game play-by-play?

I know ESPN has something similar:

NBA.com has a similar feature.
