This is one of Henry Abbott's opinions in today's TrueHoop article on Game 4.  

He also says quite rightly, "I can barely remember ever seeing a team play defense like the Celtics did. I can never remember seeing a team do that and lose." Yeah.  Tough to lose such a hard fought game.  I think playing that kind of defense just sapped them of all energy on offense, though, which is what led to the turnovers and missed shots late.

But regarding the thread title -- do you agree?
