^^a must read for anyone who's not sold that Rondo will be okay

Still not sold that Rondo will be okay. I just ... I mean, after watching that replay every time they replayed it (which was A LOT), "he'll be fine" just doesn't seem ...realistic. Which I guess is what I get for being so squeamish...

Yeah I'm not sold either. But the article, especially coming from a doctor, is a little comforting. We'll just have to find out the old-fashioned way tomorrow night

It's not a far fetched theory--maybe he'll gamble less on D (it really annoys me that he let's Bibby or Chalmers get around him to go for the steal from behind). Either way, I expect a gutsy effort, another solid game from KG & the Cap, but an offensive explosion from Ray.

Or, he will gamble more because the Celtics defense involves forcing turnovers that lead to easy scores.

Maybe , we can find a way get by with a wounded Rondo tommorrow. And he can get a few days rest here and there and improve where he can use the arm a little bit. :-\

The worst bit for me is that from here on out, we play every other day. That's gonna be rough.

Good news but I'm waiting to see how he actually performs on Monday to make a judgment on his physical condition.

Obviously none of us know how this will turn out but if he plays and plays well, how can his teammates do anything but play like mad dogs?. Its time isn't it? Its not too late to win this title

Delonte can more than handle starting duties...The problem will be Arroyo playing defense against switches as the backup... Delonte can play both Bibby/Chalmers and Wade... Arroyo vs Wade would lead to wide open 3s or easy shots for Wade...

I know Rondo will probably play but i wonder how effective he really can be.  His play in the 2nd half after the injury was great and all but we were up the whole time.  He had alot of adrenaline flowing in him.

Honestly, the way that Rondo has been playing, and the way he can just explode and sneak his way to the basket for a nice lay up at times is a very crucial aspect of this team's offense.

It really p---es teams off when they are trying to focus on stopping Boston from scoring in other ways, only to have Rondo take it right inside for a sneaky one. That's an aspect of his game that will absolutely be missed if he can't play.

4th Q, after running after a ball Ray just poked away, you can see Ray smiling.

Loved that.

You can tell they all appreciate playing this game together. Chemistry issues? Heck, every set of brothers has the occasional fallout: this team is a FAMILY.
