I just threw the article out there, I'm not saying it's right or wrong. I just found it interesting.

As of right now I'd say the Mavs are the second most hated team by refs (although it's close).

Just out of curiosity, which is the first?

They would eliminate a lot of doubt if they just announced the planned ref assignments before the series starts. I don't trust the NBA on issues like this. I strongly feel that Crawford would be elsewhere if Dallas lost the first game.
