Haha, top-ref my butt!  All these so called "Top-refs" (Bennett Salvatore, Joe Crawford, Dan Crawford, Kenny Mauer, Ed Rush)are really the worst of them all.  They are horrible refs and try to justify their calls with their veteran experience.
