You know when you want more than going through the motions (see Delante West)? I just want this team to play with some sense of urgency, where the 50-50 balls mean more to us than them, where its mano mano, where the fourth quater should be my space and you should be afraid.

I'm sick of the excuses, the TRADE, the INJURIES, we're OLD and saving ourselves for the PLAYOFFs....blah blah blah.

Jeff Green so we can have what we had with Posey? OK, but the ball has to swing past Baby. Rondo has to get 15 assists and 8 points vs the alternative, chemestry, or lack thereof... Sure I have a bundle of frustration, just like everyone.

It all begins with DESIRE. The team's doesn't match mine right now and it.......off.

For a lot of this stretch, you're right, the passion hasn't been there.

What's been more of a concern, though, is that for a lot of recent games, there *has* been desire.  Guys are leaving it on the floor, and we're still losing.  Players are trying, but they can't make it happen.  That's worrisome.  However, the good thing about something like that is that the effort will eventually pay off; hopefully, the talent is too good for it not to.

They're trying individually.... Not as a team. That's why they're losing.

I go back to PP saying that they are good "first effort" guys. I agree! So Captain, stop dribbling, stop launching incorragable, rythm breaking threes, drive, rebound a little faster/higher, get the loose ball, play defense a little more intense...AND demand it of the rest!

My concern is that this year we need to be instilling a playoff swagger to the new guys vs last year's coasting in...LEADERSHIP to a group who have NOT lived the DREAM of a championship and don't know who we "really are."
