Big Baby in high school! To think that we call him "fat" today is kind of crazy when you see how big he was in high school, he really has slimmed down these past few years. Here is a video of Baby playing football in high school and you can see at the end how big he was during a short interview :

I am a Big baby fan but boy did he pick the wrong sport.

I mean I am happy with the way he turned out for the Celtics but he could have been a dominant football player.

Seeing what the NFL players go through physically, I am not so sure he picked the wrong sport.

Especially given that he has successfully made it to the NBA and is a rotation player on a great team.

Plenty of athletically talent players don't make it in either football/basketball. Whether its injury, not having the skill set, or just not finding their position on the field.

No he didn't.  He's been fairly successful as an NBA player.  Now guys like Marcus Banks definitely picked the wrong sport.  I think Banks played football too.
