the way to beat the Heat is... to stop their transition game.

oh, and as much as i hate to admit it, it's hard to find another team with as much talent as the Heat. Bosh + the 2 MVP candidates, Mike Miller is talented and so is Haslem.

the Heat are pretty stacked talent-wise. Wade or Lebron are more talented than any number 2 player any team has. A huge reason that their other players look like scrubs is because 1) they're a scrub or 2) i think it's hard for a lot of players to get into the game when you don't ever see or touch the ball.

Easy way to beat the Heat?

Keep the game close.

Over a 75% chance of beating the Heat.

Simple.

Let them be the favorites... as long as the Celtics get #18, I don't care about it.

I concur.
In addition, it will make the victory even sweeter.
Also, Hollinger, whereever you are, please put those other teams ahead of Boston in the power rankings.  I want all the disrespect you can muster...
Celtics fan for life.

Karma's a b#@%h Lebron. Being the favorite is a almost a jinx. The heat have no low post scoring besides Lebron, no center, but I think bibby could help them. I don't know much on haslem's injury, but they better hope he is healthy by april. Before the season I believed the heat could be great, i fell right into the hype. We barely scraped by chicago a couple years ago... They are the biggest threat to us. Orlando has no perimeter defense, putting more stress on Howard. I don't think they will make it to the ECF. Bring on LA.
Which one of you is playing for second place?

HAHAHAHAH very true. beating them 3 times already only helps confidence. This offseason will be very important for them to build a complete team. They could be very scary very soon.

The Heat are 1-18 in making clutch shots during the last ten seconds of a game where a make would win or tie the ball game...and the one game they made that shot (against the Grizzlies), they STILL LOST after Rudy Gay pounded in a highly-contested throw.  There's some food for thought.

also hi I'm new!

Heat is a girly man team .

They giggle alot and smile after losing , and shrug their shoulders or cry.

First they need a "REAL" coach , a "REAL" team leader and a "REAL" center, then lets talk about titles .

I bet Wade wishes LE CHOKE was somewhere else.
