Clippers are 3-1 (3 in a row) since the B-Diddy trade and appear to be turning things around after their DISMAL February during which they played 11-straight on the road.

Last time out vs. the C's, the Clips played a very poor game yet still kept it close throughout.  Defensively they did some good things - holding the C's to 41% fg shooting, but really struggled with 3-pt shooting (29%) and got killed at the line -they were out shot from the free-throw line by 20.

During the last meeting the Clips were without a true PG as randy foye and eric bledose were forced to initiate more then they probably should, although foye played a tremendous game.  Their bench appears to be coming together as kaman, bledsoe, Aminu, and old friend craig smith form a good rotation.

Do you guys see the Clips as posing a big threat tomorrow night? I'm going to the game and kinda trying to convince myself that this could be a tight match.

Yes, because the other side of the equation is that the Celtics are still working to integrate the new players into the system, and this takes time.  On top of that, the Cs will only be able to dress 10 players (I think I counted right), so will be a bit short handed toward the end of the bench.
Celtics fan for life.

They beat the Rockets/Nuggets at home in close games, and then the Bobcats in another tight one on the road.

I expect them to compete with the C's, but the C's should win by a bigger margin than the last game.

Yeah without Eric Gordon this team just doesn't scare you on paper at all.  It's amazing that he's progressed to that point already; i'm a big fan of his game.

Every game since the trade has been tight, including one with the Clippers - I don't see why this one would be any different

We were up like 30 on the Suns. They might have made a game of it, but we were pounding them.

Other than that though, yeah, close games.

We had a good lead on the Warriors too, but couldn't hold that either

I dont expect Randy Foye who had the game of his life last time to play like that again I hope we can blow em out but I wouldn't be surprised if it was close

Takes a while to get the new guys under the fold.   They are still learning, I think we will be ok.

i hope at some poitn we run with a lineup of arroyo, pavlovic, green, murphy, krstic.

it might get chaotic, but nonetheless fun to watch briefly.

Why? - out of curiosity...do you just want to see all the new guys run together? i don't think that group would stop the Maine Red Claws on defense.

Depends on how we defend Foye/Bledsoe as I think KG handles Blake just fine.
