the Cavs had kept Boozer and didn't totally flub the 2004 draft.  Say they take Biedrins at 10 instead of Luke Jackson (Biedrins went 11 so it isn't like that was a stretch, not to mention jefferson or the smiths that went in the mid teens).  Maybe they decide they like Nelson and trade a future first for him (which is all Orlando traded to Denver).

How different would the last 7 seasons be if the Cavs had been trotting out a lineup of Z, Boozer, James, ?, Nelson with Biedrins and Varejao off the bench (acquiring Anderson was the only good thing the cavs did in 2004)?

Even without so many hypotheticals, I think that just adding Boozer to Cleveland's team would have netted them a couple of titles.

Biedrins wouldn't be able to crack the rotation on a Cavs team with Big Z, Boozer and Varejao in front of him.

Or, if they hadn't traded their first rounder for Jiri Welsch, they could have then traded it to Phoenix for Rajon Rondo...

you may be right, but the three hypotheticals aren't exactly stretches.  I still can't believe they let Boozer out of his contract.  Unbelievably stupid move.

Just keeping Boozer would have been close to enough.

I wouldn't even limit it to "close".  It's obviously hard to tell how team dynamics would have played out, but if Cleveland had an elite post presence and top notch rebounder in '05 through '10, I think it's just short of guaranteed that they'd have won at least one title, especially if the rest of the roster had filled out like it did (i.e., adding Mo Williams, Anthony Parker, etc., but probably not Jamison.)
