My question is "What is wrong with KG's blood?" I mean when a little girl needs a bandaid she usually takes it off in a day or two right? How much longer do we have to look at that ridiculous bandage on his head?

KG also had 5 stitches but I can't say I don't agree the huge band aid is a bit much.  :D

Its all Laundry, if KG were playing for the suns Gentry would be his most avid defender.

. . . and we would all hate KG. ;)

(Well, unless he was helping the Suns beat the Lakers.  Then, I guess we'd like him.)

Oh absolutely.  If KG werent on our team we would all be complaining about how big a jerk he is.

No 'we' all wouldn't.  I actually heard of and saw KG prior to coming to Boston and never hated him so please say most from now. K thanks.

I think many fans, coaches, and opposing players are of the belief that KG has changed, so just because lots of fans supported him back in 2004 doesn't mean they still like him today.  The yelling and trash talk may not have changed, but a lot of the other stuff has (or, the perception / visibility of it has changed.)

in 4 years of him being a Celtic have you seen KG slide his foot under anyone else on a jumper??? I haven't. Its because he didn't and Ive seen every game.

That's exactly how many stitches I got when I was 13 once. Didn't wrap it in a parachute for a week.

Just a thought...cuts on the head tend to bleed profusely, and heal slowly.  KG probably shaves his head and can't shave that area until the wound is completely healed.  The bandabe probably protects the area when he sweats profusely or takes a shower.  Just thoughts...no scientific evidence...  ;)

Agree, thirstyboots, that makes a lot of sense. And anyway, I really don't think it's anybody's business but his how big or what color his bandaide is. He needs to protect that area that can easily get hit by a basketball or a hand.

I am willing to give KG the benefit of the doubt for this reason: He is an emotional player and not always calculating every single move and what with the game moving so fast and his intensity to WIN at all costs, accidents are bound to happen. He's highly ambitious and motivated.

AFter reading through this whole debate, I say let's give him a break and be glad we have him. I am very glad he's a Celtic and love everything he brings to the game and to our team.
Accidents do happen and that is probably what it was.
