No, i'm not going to talk about his assists. I think that Rajon Rondo must have some family roots in Boston after last nights game. Last night was probably the 6th time this season we've seen Rondo get T'd up for pushing and smack-talking a guy that is at least 6'10" 250lbs. Think about the reality of that for someone Rondo's size. I know that these guys are professionals and the odds of fists flying over something like that are minimal, but if someone like Cousins, Howard, Bynum, Gortat or anyone else he has shoved this year were to hit Rondo he could be in a lot of trouble. He reminds me of my friend Maclain from back home. He was a tiny kid but had more heart than anyone i'd ever met, and was always the first to start throwin down if someone was messing with his friends. It must be nice to have a guy like Rondo on your team that is willing to take that risk every single time for one of his teammates. He is always the first guy around when one of the celtics gets pushed or something like that, but if you notice he's almost never the first person that actually helps his teammate up because he's too busy gettin in someones face, ready to fight. Just like someone from Boston!
I think if this team were ever to get into a big brawl it would be because of a hard foul on Rondo, or if someone hit Rondo for gettin his KG on.
I bet the guys on that team would all take a bullet for him.
