Whoops...another post lost!  TP Nick for being aware of your situation and staying on top of your treatment.  My daughter is not bi polar but suffers from a similar illness and I know how hard it is to keep up with effective treatment...which sometimes changes (either dose or medication type) when you are not paying attention.  Kudos also on going back to your therapist and psychiatrist.  People who love you will understand and forgive your lapses, but it is hard on them because they can not help you.   Good luck and God bless.

Nope! I gave up on New Years resolutions long time ago.

I would like to get in better physical condition, improve my career prospects, do work around the house.

And watch more NBA basketball (that one should be easy).

To chill with my best friend as much as possible until the summer when he begins his training to enter service - he's in the Army ROTC program.

To put my ex in the past, even if that means making some tough decisions at the same time.

To get out and have a good time more often... I'm a bit of an introvert.

To put in more effort on my college courses, provided it doesn't get in the way of watching my Celtics.

To lose some weight and get in better shape.  I'm not unhealthy or fat by any means, but... put it this way:  I don't really do anything (on a consistent basis) with the sole goal of making myself healthier.  I think it's about time I gave a crap about it.  Besides, I'd like to be able to dunk at least once in my life.  I'm 22 and that window will start closing if I don't do something about it now.

That's good for now, I might think of more later.

TP for the thread.

I plan to not buy a single pair of shoes this year, which could be hard considering I like basketball (gotta have more than one pair) and I'm a Puma addict.

Here's my Puma collection alone:

Drop 40 lbs
Dunk by December

I'm 5 years removed from Highschool(when I was under 200lbs and could almost dunk. When I could finally get the steps right to dunk, I had Sheldon problems with bringing the ball back down. By the time I figured out how to do that, my ankles and gut wouldn't let me get back up there.
So my combined goal is to drop the weight so I can dunk

My inspiration came from a dream last week where I was 2handed dunking on a rim at Walmart in the freezer section. These 3 hot girls were cheering me on, and I was howling like Rampage Jackson
