True or false: Anthony Randolph has more upside than a projected 2011 draft pick ranging in the low teens.

I don't really know, although I suspect it's true. And that makes me wonder why Randolph has never been mentioned as a potential trade asset to net Anthony.
Anthony Randolph has more potential than Kevin Love

Oh come on now this is just ridiculous.

At this point I'll be mildly surprised if Anthony Randolph ever becomes a starter on a good team, let alone a 20 and 15 monster.

Who's man love for Anthony Randolph is the stuff of legends.

I'd give Randolph an 80% chance of becoming an All-Star caliber player or better (20% shot at All-NBA).

And a 20% chance of being a bust.

He has so much talent and raw ability ... it's going to be a hit or miss situation. It's either going to come together for him or not. So, he's very unlikely to be anything in between star player or poor bench player.

If we were in a talent-developing state of mind, I'd love to see what Kevin Garnett could do with him.  Their physical tools are similar, and if anybody could bring some fire out of this kid it's Garnett.  Unfortunately, KG would either turn the kid into a star or wind up in prison for murder.

id like to see what he could do with randolph aswell. id actually prefer him to BBD lol. seriously how can you have a c/pf that cant dunk. and hes actually a goob rebounder and blocker. love wouldnt suit the c's. he gets alot of his rebounds and points from crashing the boards and the c's dont play that way as they prefer to get back on d.

I'm thinking this has everything to do with Beasley, and the fact that it isn't a high lottery pick. Assuming they consider the Beasley trade a success and think he might get along with that duo (Love + Beasley, who are supposed to be good friends since NCAAs), it makes some sense.

Love + Beasley + a focused Randolph would be a decent young core.

Too bad they spent the 4th pick on Wesley Johnson.
