Kevin Garnett is old...how old?

Garnett is so old he played back when Sam Mitchell was skying for rebounds
Garnett is so old he played against Magic Johnson (when he came back) ;)
Garnett is so old he played with Spud Webb
Garnett is so old he played back when Elden Campbell was put-back dunking (4:40 min. mark) Garnett is so old he played back when Tom Gugliotta could dunk (4:50 min mark)

KG block at about :30, score at about 2:50-3:00 , score at about 7:00 min mark
Check out 9:00-9:30 min mark (commentator  and then Magic being Magic)

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
If KG were a car, he'd be a well kept mid 90's sports car.

As a comparison, Shaquille O'Neal is so old that he played against Larry Bird! (Actually went to his first game at the Boston Garden).

But a very limited supply of brains.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Tastefully done!  ;D

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Ya, think about Shaq, how many current coaches and GM's did he play against?

Off the top of my head:

Danny Ainge
Doc Rivers
Scott Skiles
Kurt Rambis
Byron Scott
Vinny Del Negro
Avery Johnson
Monty Williams
Scott Brooks
Nate McMillian
Steve Kerr
Joe Dumars

(although alot of our Big 3 and Jermaine played with most of those guys too).

When Shaq was a rookie, he was on the same team as Kerr, Skiles, and Tom Tolbert.

He also played against Bernard King, Moses Malone, Kevin McHale, Robert Parish, Isiah Thomas.

You're my man by Bahku, but I gotta call you out on that one.  I don't want to challenge your personal experience, but Larry Bird last played in the '91-'92 season, whereas Shaq's rookie season wasn't until '92-'93 so they couldn't have played against each other, right?  Or am I wrong or missing something?

Kevin Garnett isn't that old  ;D

I like those throwback T-wolves jerseys from the Timberwolves early days...

Who knows; in an alternate universe the original Big-3 could be playing in Minnesota right now:

You're right, lol! Went to Shaq's first game at the Garden, and I swear Larry was still playing ... I'm obviously blending 91-92 with 92-93. Such is the ignorant bliss of decrepitude!
