Noah is a high energy player with a good motor. Hustles on D and is a good athlete who runs the floor. I always thought he is slightly better than average post and a servicable big man. He has a horrible shot mechanics and teenage body with spindly arms and weak frame. These both show that Noah who works hard on the court does not work hard on the off season. Shot hasn't improved since entering the league. His body needs a lot of work on his strength. If you can run the floor with him and are stronger you can easily nuetralize him. That being said the dude will run his butt off for you the whole time he is in the game for his team.
Boozer was added because he can score in the post legitimately. Something the Bulls were dubious that Noah could do. I agree with this assessment. He is kind of a Dennis Rodman Lite as he is a worse rebounder and defender but above average on both marks leaguewide.
I think the dude thinks he is a Kurosawa movie with that samurai topknot too.
