But isnt that a flagrent foul? looking at it again.. bosh clearly puts a hand to the chest of rondo mid air where he has no option of defending him self.

Im a right? or way of base?

It definitely should have been called a foul at least. I rewound that to see it again and watched the replays and I think the reason it wouldn't have been a flagrant is that he didn't extend his arm. I think it was more instinct putting his hand up than trying to hurt Rondo. With the current rules though it arguably could have been called flagrant since Rondo could have been hurt badly.
