Preseason game on TNT?

The schedule on NBA.com, here:

says that the opening preseason game against Philadelphia in Manchester will be on TNT.  It seemed unlikely, and it's not listed on TNT's schedule on their website here:

http://www.tnt.tv/schedule/

Is there any precedent for a preseason game being on national TV?  Weird mistake to make for NBA.com, I would think.
