Talent-wise, if he's not the best FA still available, who is? Keep in mind we may have to sign for the minimum but I'd like to hear other options.

I'd rather have TA over DW, IMHO. TA would put lock-down D on whoever we put him on.

Agreed.  Delonte's probably the best free agent out there, and a better player than Wafer.  A good alternative/option to NateRob (who, let's not forget, spent a LOT of time in the doghouse before coming back in the playoffs).  Sign Delonte, and he's on the court because he's a good, solid, two-way player.

Ideal would be if he were two or three inches taller (or had arms like Tony Allen's), but frankly the guys that are still available at the SF spot...  they probably aren't getting off the bench in the playoffs anyway.  Quis is Pierce's backup, and if/when he gets hurt, they play some three-guard lineups with Ray or Delonte at the "3".  Puts a better team on the court than forcing minutes to a Bobby Simmons or Ime Udoka.
