I would go with a 1-2-1-1 Diamond press. KG on the inbounder,John Sstockton and Michael Jordan pressuring,Scottie Pippen at midcourt and Bill Russel back protecting the basket.

This is tough to say because NBA teams just don't play full-court pressure defense.

Now, if you wanted to have this discussion in the college basketball forum, we could have some real fun with this!  ;)
