Why did Ray take 13 shots?

Ummm do we have a coach or what? I know Allen had a Meteoric nite but after missing say 6 wouldn't someone advise him to cool it. Evidently he couldn't convince himself. If he shoots and misses say 6 times and the other 7 are spread around and half are made the outcome may have been different. Doc say's that's basketball. Wrong it's stupidity. All the Pearls of Wisdom bestowed upon Doc lately have taken on a lower value.

If Allen ever makes another basket now that he may be a basket case we'll soon find out. This LA team is beatable. There are weak links there. Nostradamus say's we're pushing our luck with our Big 3. They are running on fumes.

So Doc's supposed to tell Ray to stop shooting?  We wouldn't have won in 2008 if he told him that.

If Doc was a really good coach he'd just tell his players to not miss any shots.

I don't care how many shots Ray Allen has taken and missed, if he has an open look with the ball in his hands, I want him taking the shot.

Ray Ray had to know from all his pre-game shooting that he didn't quite have the rested legs tonite - so, yes, he should have been smarter about launching all those shots on a nite when he just didn't have it.
