I like Sheldon, and watching him in his limited minutes I saw very good things. For one, offensive rebounds, ones that no one else on our team except rondo goes for. He is always in good position for them, and rondo has shown his respect for sheldon by looking for him aand dishing to him often, remember sheldon has very limited minutes, which makes a player less than totally confident, so you get less of his full skill set.
BBD is a prime example of more minutes, more game. At first, he gave us nothing, and no one passed to him either. The more he was out there, the more he did, got more passes, developed an almost decent 10 footer. Sheldon rebounds better than bbd, can dunk way better, has more post moves to keep from getting his shot blocked, most often gets an "and 1" on his rebounds, put backs. /i was here saying the exact same thing about Leon Powe, you have to look harder to see the talent when a guy gets no minutes. Doc has been good, but he is no genuis, and has shown that he has tremendious ego's to deal with also (team chemistry probs) (was the PC term) bbd plays more than sheldon because he has a big $$$ contract.....management wants to see the money being earned. BBD needs to develop a lot more to earn that money, lose the weight, get a quicker, higher, faster jump, better dribble, more post moves, more dependable shot, all things that he can do...if he wants it. This isn't an after work league you know. Besides, how do i know all of this, I developed all of these ....for myself and my team....AFTER work, so if i can do it, fat-boy can do it also...!
