Excellent OP, Bahku. I couldn't have said it better myself.
I remember when the bashers were complaining that BBD was the reason for the team's problems, and how his shots getting blocked in the paint was such a 'bad' thing. Well it turned out last night to be a good thing as he got, I believe, 3 fouls for free throws out of those 5 blocked shots. And he also got a lot of those shots to fall in. He was just awesome last night.
I think he will be a starter for a good team soon and it may be the Celtics, if they're smart. TP TP TP

What mmbaby said Bahku TP man.

Thanks ... back atcha, Mike!

Baby's antics and childish behaviour, coupled to his selfish game this season made me classify him as the current Celtic I dislike the most on the roster, but I've got to admit his performance so far in the playoffs is an excellent shot from his part at redemption (although I still don't like his behaviour).

I didn't think he would be able to step up like he did last year against the Bulls and the Magic, but I'm glad to see he is stepping up and helping his team tremendously. Keep it up "Ticket Stub", as long as you don't go back to being a Big Baby!

Since when is hustling your butt of for your team selfish. And the ONLY antics I can think of is his fight that got his hand hurt.  Other than that I don't see any "antics" from Glen Davis.

Me neither, Bankshot.
No 'antics' any 23 year old wouldn't commit also. Gosh, certain fans expect young 20's guys to act like 35 year olds. Give BBD a break! The bashing is getting old and he never deserved it in the first place.

Big Baby deserves a heck of a lot of credit for suiting up just a couple of night after getting his noggin' knocked and playing with total abandon and hustle.

The guy has been a huge spark off the bench in the playoffs and toned down on his propensity of getting swatted every other shot.

GO BABY!

I have always been a huge BBD supporter. I know he gets a lot of grief but he performs. He steps up in big situations and he delivers.

And most of it unfounded and illogical.

After the Orlando series last year, I was shocked that he still came back to the Celtics at a relative bargain.  Why did no other team try to sign him?  I don't think he was even a restricted free agent.  When his contract is up again I bet more teams come calling.  He is heart defined, and is one hell of a clutch role player (dare I say Robert Horyesque).

Actually, he was a restricted free agent. I think Detroit was one specific team that stepped away from him for this very reason.

I love Glen Davis despite his flaws. Sure, missing layups is bad, but if you miss one layup and still contribute mightily 2 days after a concussion you're alright in my book.
Grab a few boards, keep the TO's under 14, close out on shooters and we'll win.

Love love love Big Baby!
This guy has courage that most people can't even concieve of.
He's also so friendly. I've noticed he is friends with players all over the league. I loved watching him pick up a pompom last night and jump around with the cheerleaders.
He's got it ALL.
