If he goes to New Jersey(and eventually Brooklyn) would'nt you think it likely he could have say on the team name, uniform colors, logo etc. I imagine him having THIS kind of power, if he chose to.

The "Brooklyn Lebrons" has a nice ring to it. ;)

But seriously, there's probably something cool about something like that, but I think it would rank behind a chance at a ring and playing with elite veteran talent.

There's some speculation that Lebron's new deal will include an opt-out after three seasons, to allow him to sign in Brooklyn as they're opening their new arena.  That would definitely be interesting.

At this point anything Lebron does wouldn't surprise me but if this is true I think might puke.

Yeah, way for a team to plan their whole future around this guy. That's what happened in Cleveland this last time around. Frankly, Lebron can have whatever clause he wants in a contract, but it would be extremely unclassy if he did something like this. Who knows, maybe he will be the first player to play on every roster in the NBA.

If I were Lebron, I would demand that every year be a player option so that after any year if I thought the team wasn't headed in the right direction, I could just become a free agent. Lebron has that type of power this off season where I think any team would agree to this.

I don't know if he would do this to get to Brooklyn, but I am starting to think he is going to do the three year with player option on fourth.

;D TP for that one! Maybe something along the lines of the Brooklyn Crabs?
