Why?  He was terrible in the playoffs because the Celtics stayed on his left hand. He was exposed for the lousy ballhandler that he is.  Not sure why other teams don't do this to him.
West would be a good fit assuming we added someone to play backup SF - West couldn't handle defense against a SF. He's excellent against SG, has a nice shot, and is a good enough ball handler to play PG for the 10 MPG Rondo is out.


I say he doesn't have good enough ballhandling, especially for the playoffs.  We exposed him big time and he sucked this postseason.  I prefer a real point guard backing up Rondo.  We always seem to get these guards that can't handle the pressure and Delonte can't handle the ball pressure in the playoffs.

Plus with all his problems, it's not even worth going through for a bench player.
