A smart, athletic seven footer who passes well and can shoot can play when he's 40.

He looked like a top 3 PF tonight, if he can give us this we can win the title.

I said this in the other thread but I think he'll be even better next year.  Just from what I've seen and read about these knee surgeries/injuries I am fairly confident he'll get a little bit of his lift and lateral quickness back.

And just wait until he gets ahold of Rashard Lewis.

Each of the Big 3's careers are not over.

That's the big secret the league and the national media have yet to realize.

If we can get superb play from Rondo, solid play from Perk and our bench....we don't need the Big 3 to play like the Big 3 on each and every night...maybe only one need of the 3 can show up etc.

Lewis is already getting pimped as having the advantage.... I'm just going to sit back and smile.... and quietly wait for the series to start.

If you thought Jamison looked bad defending KG in the post, Lewis is going to be a great second course.

(Just posted this in the game thread, but ...) KG just said that, knowing what he knows now about the Celtics organization, if he had it to do all over again, he would have come here to Boston much sooner than he did. Kind of says it all as to how he feels about this city and this team.

I was amased at the lift KG showed at the end of the game. First there was the dunk. Then he battled and won offensive boards. He hardly did that all year. He looks great. Who does he get to torch in the next series?

Or as much as he hated the personal hell that was his last 3 years on the Wolves.

He would've cost a lot more than he did if it had been any prior offseason though... namely, Pierce or Rondo as well as Jefferson.
