As far as I've been able to discover, the highest points scored by a player in their playoff debut was Super John Williamson with 38.  Enlighten me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, Fisher will probably guard Sefolosha since he's not much of an offensive threat.  Artest or Odom will guard Durant.

The Thunder are hoping your right.

The only way the Lakers lose this series is if Kobe lets himself get sucked into such a duel. The Lakers have an advantage inside with their size, they need to go through Gasol, Odom, and Bynum (if he can give them anything).

The only way the Lakers lose this series is if Kobe lets himself get sucked into such a duel. The Lakers have an advantage inside with their size, they need to go through Gasol, Odom, and Bynum (if he can give them anything).

Agree ... like the Thunder, I'm hoping Durant's scoring will be too much for Kobe's ego, and he'll get pulled into doing just that. It will be an interesting study in Kobe's maturity ... gonna be a fun game, I think. (I love the playoffs!)
