No not a troll, just someone who could care less what the media thinks and says.

I'm in agreement.  If the media wants to praise the Lakers and annoint them as champs, then please, go right ahead.  I think this will just boost the Cs motivation.

Let the Lakers win the press praise.  The Celtics will be busy winning where it counts: on the court.
Celtics fan for life.

I agree, didn't read him as trolling either.

This isn't any different than the LeBron love fest, or Dwight Howard love fest we've witnessed the past two rounds.

I prefer the Lakers as opposed to the Celtics getting the media love. That made the 2008 Championship even sweeter.

Yeah I've seen so much gushing today about Kobe's performance last night. Maybe I'm just a big homer but I think Pierce put up a much more impressive statline - more efficient, a better all round game and hit some difficult back-breaking shots as well. But no matter other teams can keep the media love we'll take the ring.
Tommy: He's got a line about me. Tell him the line.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

Bring it!

Give the Celtics even more to motivate.  (not that they need it, but keep feeding them)

No

Just dont get why US Celtics fan care about the national media and always play the disrespect card.  Its old and tired.  I think everyone has the series going at least 6 games on the ESPN website with a 6/4 split.  Watch Mike, Tommy,DM and Tanger instead of ESPN then.  Easy enough right?
