I know his minutes were limited, but did anyway like what they saw last night v. the Bucks? I sure did. His stroke looked sweet, and he was not afraid to handle the ball.  He could be a great way to get Ray some more rest before, and during, the play-offs.  Really like the shooting depth this signing brings us.

I like what I saw, and I love that he took TA's minutes. I couldn't be happier.

I doubt he'll ever be close defensively to TA, and he probably can't drive the lane like TA or Marquis, but his shooting is a welcome addition - something the C's don't get from any of their other wing backups.

I like having TA, Marquis, and Finley to work with.  Gives Doc more flexibility.

Not happy about Finley taking Tonys minutes. Tony has been playing well. I think the better move would to have Finley taking Marquis minutes. Marquis hand is still injured.

He's playing well for Tony. That's still not saying all that much. I have fear every time the ball is in his hands.

Either way Finley looked good. I think he'll get someone's minutes. He can shoot and we need shooting on that second unit.

I'd say the important thing is this improves the team and adds another offensive weapon off the bench.  Tony isn't that far from being a good contributor but I think its mental and he isn't ever going to make that next step.  How long has he been in league, 6 years?.  I almost thought the injuries would slow him & his brain down so he'd make less mistakes.  He has played well this year but if he looses minutes I doubt its doc out to get him.  It "should" be who will help the team the most.  I feel out of the 3 daniels is a step above, tony is a great defender and finley is the best outside shooter of the 3.

I agree. He takes "turnover Tony" out of the game and replaces him with veteran savvy and a high ball IQ.

He can stretch the perimeter and I swear he's going to dunk in somebody's face by the time the playoffs role around to make a statement to Doc, the team, and us (the fans) to basically say, "you signed the right guy + I still got it".

Remember when everyone said Ray would be done after double ankle surgery? I'm pretty sure we are privileged enough to watch Ray throw the occasional in-your-face dunk every now and then.

Finley + Nate are great signings.

I'll take turnover Tony any day over Marbury redux.  At least Tony can steal the ball on occasion and get an offesnsive rebound or two.  Ainge is just trying to create false hope by signing players like Finley.

I hope Doc Rivers was a lot more playing time for Nate and Finley.
they have the talent to play well and help win.
Rondo and Paul Pierce you require any further relaxation.
