Anyone take a look at the crock that is our March Schedule?

Who the heck comes up with these things, seriously??

4 weeks of March we have 4 games per week.

Those 4 weeks include FOUR sets of back to back games (2 sets of which occur within a span of 7 days!!!!!)

LAL, CLE, ORL, even ATL all have weaker March schedules (less 4 games per week and less back to back sets).

Honestly, I am hoping Doc does the right thing and save our starters for some of these back to backs.

Trying to win March is going to deplete this team come playoff time.

I would rather we got .500 in March, get more rest and have our team have its legs in May & June.

I am sort of with you, but I would really like to see us get a head of steam rolling into the playoffs. 500-ball is not confidence inspiring. Being rested and healthy is important too though.
“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010

What I see is a schedule that between now and April 5th, a span of 41 days, has us playing 21 games 14 of which are at home

Like in the playoffs we will be averaging playing almost every other night and playing some tough, playoff caliber competition

Though many here might like for us to play teams we could walk all over going into the playoffs, I would rather see this schedule as it will probably best prepare us for what is to come in late April, May and hopefully June
Pick 2 Knicks

PG: George Hill, Ty Lawson
SG: Ray Allen, Anthony Parker, Quentin Richardson
SF: Grant Hill, Matt Barnes, D
PF: Zach Randolph, Kenyon Martin, Jon Brockman, Dante Cunningham
C:  Nene Hilario,   Own rights: Nikola Pekovic IR: Kyle Weaver

It's the second to last month of the season, we need to finish up the schedule.  Makes sense that there'd be a ton of games this month.  It's better than having 12 games in the first two weeks of April.

Our April schedule is no cake walk either.

Also, playing at home this season, gives me no stronger confidence.
