rondo's form is much better this year, but it's going to take time before that translates into better shooting numbers. that being said, if he keeps working at it, i think by next season, he will be an average shooter, which is huge progress. and, if rondo ever gets a good jumper, he's going to easily be a top 10 player in this league.

I can see a little Isiah in Rondo, and its not just the funky names. They are both quietly the strongest personality on the court.
