Until Glen Davis stops having almost 25 percent of his shots blocked, I fail to see how he can be the third big of the bench. He hustles and plays hard at both ends of the court, but he is too short and can't jump -- thus, he is constantly getting blocked. I don't have the stats, but I would guess that there is no one in the league close to getting as many shots blocked.

Disappointing thread.

First, there is nothing wrong with BBD's quote. He is criticizing himself! He is not complaining. He is critiquing his lack of aggressiveness and saying the team needs him to perform so that he can play more minutes. He is not asking for handouts.

Second, enough with criticizing players for talking to the press. The press goes to their lockers and the league encourages players to talk to the press. There are even moments when the league mandates that players must talk to the press. Some players (e.g. Ray, KG) talk better than others when approached.

Please no more manufacturing controversies. Understand that editors often slap titles on articles that will increase readership, even if the title isn't supported by the article.

  Davis's TS% is like .509%. If he could manage to keep his inside block percentage to a still very high 20% instead of the astronomical 35% it's at now his TS% would go up to around .550 and his points per shot would go from 1.27 to 1.37.

I agree with Bankshot. It's good to see that Baby wants to contribute as much as he can, I don't see it as a "selfish" mindset.

Maybe they should take fewer threes and take it to the hoop more often (like Big Baby).
