No and he isn't likely to return this season.

As an aside, he recently announced his desire to return to Phoenix next season.

News: Bell has begun doing light rehab in his return from wrist surgery, CSNBayArea.com reports.

Spin: Bell had the cast and pins removed from his wrist in late January. There's no timetable for Bell's return, but he'll join the team starting Saturday and could return to action sometime in March.:o
