They lit it up in garbage time.

It's hard to take much out of that besides some flashy play on the offensive end.

The dunks were nice and all but it doesn't having me screaming for them to get more minutes.

I would like to see what Walker could add if he were to be first off the bench, for Pierce. Just a solid lineup, but with him in there.

.edit: especially since I think Rondo will *make our youngsters better*.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Giddens reminds me of a SG scal. Minus 100 pounds and with more athleticism. Walker looks like he should be playing for the Warriors or suns. If he didn't have to play defense he'd be great.

Thing i dont like is what is the worst that can happen? Bill plays and we give up some points? Its going to happen he could be what this team is missing. You never know. Thats the thing nobody thought Shannon Brown could be a good Role player for the Lakers but Phil played him little by little and he is the backup PG/SG, we could do the same with Walker and become a big big energy guy for us. I don't know about his jump shooting though. Didn't see the game but saw his dunk and he could bring that every game.

There was nothing out there tonight that indicated that Giddens or Walker deserve more playing time. Holding your own (at best) against the scrubs of the worst team in the NBA should get you minutes?! Giddens is a great athlete with NO NBA skill at all. He will be allowed to walk at year end. Walker is a freak athlete who looks like he could be a solid scorer if healthy, but not a defender or passer or anything else. The likelihood of that guy playing a full season healthy is very small.

Doc is right. Garbage time in a blowout is the only time they should see the floor.
