Sheed talks more about refereeing than the game itself. The man is destined to wear black and white someday.

Bad news for the NBA. Rasheed Wallace is getting the Tim Donaghy book.

“I want to check it out and see what’s there,” Wallace said last night.

Wallace already has been fined once for criticizing referees this season ($30,000), and as reported in Tuesday’s Herald, he lucked out on another occasion when the league didn’t want to bring more attention to the claims of Donaghy, the former official convicted of gambling.

Rasheed is who he is; it is what it is. He's the spice of my Celtic life. I just love the guy. He says what he means and means what he says; just how I always wanted to be myself. He does it fo' me, let's me get my rage out against the officials and even pays for it. He's RICH!

i think its awesome he wants to read it.  he has been claiming he is targeted by the officials, and this can validate it.

i want to read it as well.  should be really "juicy"  :D

Rasheed Wallace is not great at staying in shape nor motivated at performing every minute on the court.  BUT, he is a student of the game, and is very good at monitoring all of the minutia of everything taking place on the court.  His interest in the book re-affirms to me that Donaghy speaks at least some truth to the pre-meditated nature of referees in the NBA.
