Wallace and Davis to CHA for Mohammed and Augustin
T. Allend and House to NJN for Dooling and Humphries

Rondo - Augustin
Allen - Dooling
Pierce - Daniels
Garnett - Humphries
Perkins - Mohammed

Giddens, Walker, Scalabrine, Williams and a vet minimum buyout round out the bench.

While these trades are pretty much neutral on talent, we accomplish two things: improved attitudes and improved fit.

It may be coincidence that this team plays like Detroit last year, or it may be Wallace - I am no longer willing to take that chance.

As far as fit... Augustin is a back-up point guard, House is not. Dooling can shoot, Tony cannot. Daniels can guard small forwards, Scalabrine cannot. Humphries is an energy roll player, Davis used to be. Mohammed is a post rebounder, Wallace is not.
"All I have to know is, he's my coach, and I follow his lead. He didn't have to say anything in here this week. We all knew what we had to do. He's a big part of our family, and we're like his extended family. And we did what good families do when one of their own is affected." - Teddy Bruschi

The Bobcats are trading a second team center and third string point guard for a starting power forward and second team big.

Also, Larry Brown and Rasheed have a special relationship - like the United States and Great Britain.
