Nets Win Their First!

The Bobcats have the awful distinction of being the first team to lose to the team with the worst start in NBA history.

They lost 97-91 to the New Jersey Nets tonight.

I think the Nets owe us a thanks.  We took away all the momentum the Bobcats had from their 4 game winning streak.  They must still have been reeling from that beatdown we gave them to lose to the Nets.

I only watched the last few minutes of the game ... but Courtney Lee was looking a lot better health wise. Good to see.

He is. Went to the game, and it was clear that the Bobcats didn't have an answer for him, especially when they felt they had to double him. Things like that is what makes me thankful as a Celtics fan that we have Perkins (and Rasheed).

This all might be fun and games to laugh at the Nets but i think a few years back and we had just lost 18 games in a row. So I am so thankful to be here and glad the Nets got out of that funk.

had to happen sometime.  They have enough talent to win 20-25 this year.   They'll shock a few very good teams that take them lightly
