There was a clip today saying the Hornets could be interested in a sign and trade for BBD...

"While the Hornets are very interested, financial concerns limit them to only a possible sign-and-trade deal for Davis. With Davis's restricted free-agent status in mind, the Celtics are patiently watching the situation knowing they can match any offer sheet. Boston Globe"

Anyway that we could get anything of significant value, or a young wing through a sign and trade with the Hornets, Pistons, or Orlando?

Discuss your options and wishes...

What would be ideal is a sign and trade using the Magic's trade exception, creating a TPE for the C's, the size of Baby's contract.  That way we could use that TPE to get someone from any team.  And it would also cost the Magic half of their TPE, which would take away the threat of them getting a great player for it.

But that is a pipe dream.
