So im watching around the horn, and there is a commercial for the finals.  The tag line, "Or will Kobe lead the Lakers to a historic 15th title?" Do they not realize we have 17? what a bunch of BS

15 is still a lot, and pretty historic.

Just not as good as 17.

That bothers me too. The LOS ANGELES Lakers have 9 titles. They have a long way to go to get to our 17 titles.

Exactly.  If we were once the Birmingham Celtics and won 6 in the south, do you think they'd be calling our Boston Celtics' 17 championships into question?  You're darn right they would.
