I personally don't have a problem with what he did.  I know those guys have an "obligation" to the media and the fans and what not, but I see no reason why that has to be realized immediately.  Nobody on this board, and few people in this world, can truly understand what he went through, both physically and mentally, over the course of the last game, series, season, etc.  These are the most competitive 0.00001% of the population going all out in front of millions of people... I don't always expect them to be able to immediately muster up the poise to give a dissertation to the media.  Besides, it's probably the worst time to get a reaction from someone on the losing end.  Give him a chance to sleep on it if he wants and leave it alone.
He shouldn't blow off the media. Because its required by the league and it is through the media's coverage and fan's attention that he hopes to become a global icon.

But its a minor thing really. I can't say I think any less of him for it.

Guys you want to know the real reason? And I actually felt a little bad for the guy, overlooking some footage today of after the game on espn, his eyes were extremely watery & he stormed off the court that instance. Then as he was heading to the back you see his hand wiping his cheek.

So basically he was so sad and bounced off the floor not wanting to be seen in tears. Cant blame him I guess.

He shouldn't have ran his mouth off during the season saying he was winning it all. He also shouldn't have been taking pictures on the bench with him and his shower power pals during blow out wins. That was such a poor display of sportsmanship it's not even funny (similar to KG pointing at his watch after that Orlando game when he said their time is over....) LeBron should have man'ed up and admitted he was being a ****off this entire time.
True Celtic = Leon Powe

Bring back the show!!!!

never mind feelings. Press conferences are actual obligations for NBA players. Avoiding it was irresponsible, and it sucks that the league is doing nothing about it. Sheed was fined for skipping press conferences before, why isn't Lebron?
