Obviously another example of ownership's unwillingness to open the purse in pursuit of #18.  What will we do without SamIam's steadying influence and shot selection guidance?  How are we supposed to develop the young guys without him?  It's obvious that his absence on the bench during the playoffs was a critical failure.

Big loss. What a disappointment.
I didn't even realise that the Wizards were a possibility?
Maybe he sees a possible head coaching opportunity? Who knows.

I figured once we dumped him at the trade deadline he'd go be an assistant somewhere else but I was hoping he'd come back here anyways.  I think he'll be a solid addition to anyone's staff.
