What about a small ball lineup early in the first?

Rondo/Eddie/Ray/Pierce/Perk

Try to attack Howard and get him in early foul trouble. I guess the refs won´t foul him out of a game 7, but maybe Van Gundy starts to panic?
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

I like the small lineup of Marbury, House, Ray, Scal and Baby or Perk.

Marbury's good at passing out of traffic, and House, Ray and Scal on the perimeter could open up the lane pretty well for Marbury to do something.   So start Tony Allen and play him until his first turnover.  Then bring in Ray for practically the rest of the game minus a couple of blows...

I think that Doc should play House much more than in the previous games. Two reasons : Eddie is shooting something like 90% from anywhere on the floor in this series and the Magic struggled to contain him in the last game, so maybe they won't be able to prevent him from catching the ball... and if that happens, Eddie will make them pay and have a big game like in game 2.

So, a small lineup with Rondo/House/Ray/BBD or Scalabrine/Perkins could be very effective, but if Ray continues to struggle badly (by that I mean, not only missing his shots but making poor decisions/passes) put a lineup of Rondo/House/Pierce/BBD or Scal/Perkins.

The idea is to space the floor so that Orlando must stay on each shooter, allowing the Celtics to go in the paint or make good passes.

Other than that, good defense for 48 minutes, good rebounding and Ubuntu are the priority for Boston. Let Howard play one on one against Perkins, and stay close to the shooters, and everything will be OK. Dwight scores only on alley-oops, offensive rebounds or pick & rolls.

I think we'll win because I think we'll take care of the ball in this game unlike last game.

Also, might as well do what Tommy said:  Have Ray set the picks.  Seems like a good idea since I doubt he'll be any more open than he has all series...

The only thing that worries me about this game -- and it worries me a lot -- is that the Magic are very capable of having an insane game from behind the arc.  They have not been shooting well this series and I'd feel better if I thought that it was the C's defense that was influencing their shots.  Celtics have played good defense only in spots this series and yet the Magic have not had that on-fire 3-point game.

So, at the risk of stating the obvious, my strategy is to actually play defense for 4 full quarters.  Playing tough 'D' will require some cooperation from the referees (please no bad calls on Perk) and strategic use by Doc of the 18 fouls he has available to him among Perk, BBD and Scal.  The 6 other big man fouls (Mikki) may need to be used to keep the other 3 afloat.  Tough, tight 'D' means there will be calls and I think staying aggressive while keeping out of major foul trouble will be the key and the biggest challenge of this game.  Oh, and Ray getting hot will help.

Once they're over the limit in a given quarter they should just trot out Mikki Moore and let him foul the heck out of Dwight Howard.  Make him go to the line and miss and maybe even incite him into getting tossed.

Rather simple.

Ball movement, and defend like madmen for four quarters.

Do both of those and we'll win.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."
