Well, folks are feeling a sense of frustration, however, consider this...

many of us fans, are normal people. We hold jobs that we sometimes like or don't like. We don't really get a four month vacation every year to simply keep in shape. In fact, last year, I only had Christmas week off. And finally, our payscale sucks, we're all middle class schleps.

Now, I think of myself as a professional athlete with multi-million dollars per annum... would I hire a hypnotist to improve my free throws? Yes. A tri-athlete professional trainer who teaches yoga/stretching, pilates, martial arts, and any other method to increase my vertical lift or endurance? Yes. Would I bring this person and training gear, on the road? Absolutely. Would I learn the sky hook and continually try to draw a double team to find an open man? Yes, I would.

If I had an NBA body and talent, like let's say a Lamar Odom, I wouldn't play like him? No, I'd analyze every weakness, reduce them, and raise my game from Odom's level to that of let's say Moses Malone. You see, these guys albeit, play hard but aren't playing all that smart or with all their given talents.

Some people are just angry. They start fights in bars, yet at customer service, etc. Some like to blame others for everything. Some can't face the fact that sometimes, no matter what you do, things don't work out in life. Some like to be judgmental of famous people so that they can feel superior. And so on...

I didn't even mention the self-righteous "they are making millions, they should be perfect" crowd.

There are many reasons for people to go overboard and post bizarre stuff every time the team they likes loses. These are also the people most likely to post when the team is losing, or even if they are winning by a margin that isn't good enough for them.

Then you have the faith-heads who have 'feelings' that a particular outcome will happen for some mystical reason like 'because we are the Celtics'.

You rarely see the simple response, "Man, we lost. That sucks. I am disappointed in the outcome. I hope we win the next game." Another rare reaction on a fan forum is, "man, the other team played great down the stretch. Kudos. This is a difficult series. Hopefully we can pull it out"
