Anyone wanna tell me what in the world he is doing when he does that "thing" that he does with his hands.  He seems to do it to Rondo a lot.  I assumed that he was tryin to tell Rondo to keep running and keep moving.  Any other suggestions?

BTW if someone can find a pic of this hand gesture and post it here I think it would be a great picture to add some funny captions to.
