He is a free agent, but he's way too much of a chucker for my taste.

He is but the celtics probably wont have enough cap space to sign him. You know, unless he feels like coming here to win a championship and he just doesnt seem like that kind of guy

Why does he not seem like that kinda guy?  I would love JR as a Celtic, but I don't see him as priority since this team has many other needs more pressing.
He also might feel like Denver has a chance to be champs, with the team they have I believe they have a team that can contend next year.

Denver is going to be looking to pick up a difference maker in the off season to match-up better against LA.  In fact I see Boston and Denver making a play for some of the same Free Agents.  The advantage that Boston has is that we don't have to convince any of our current players to re-sign, where as Denver needs to re-sign Birdman, JR Smith plus any additional Free Agents.

JR Smith is not a free agent this summer. He signed a 3 year extension last summer, MLE level money.

Glen Davis, Leon Powe, and potentially Stephon Marbury would like to take this moment to remind you of their existence.

This praise is much more than he deserves in my opinion.  He can fire up threes with anybody and he's definitely a world-class athlete.  I don't really agree with anything else you said here.

Good call on BBD, Powe, and Marbury.
Not sure why I forgot about those guys.  BBD will be the hardest to sign, he may want to test the waters.  I think that Powe with his injury and Marbury with his history and limited sample PT will allow the Celtics to resign without much competition from anyone else.
