Yeah I'd be okay with that once Lowrie comes back.  I like Nick Green as the utility guy more anyways.  The one thing Lugo does give the Sox though is speed off the bench, which minus Baldelli is something they don't really have.

Right, but how much more valuable is his hitting as the utility guy compared to Green once Lowrie is back?  I would personally rather have Green's fielding ability then Lugo's bat.  Green's bat is pretty bad, but Lugo's is bad too, just not as bad as Green.

Lugo's value is probably at an all-time low.  Why trade him now?  Let him come back and prove himself.  As YH mentioned, his career worsts are better than Green's best. 

Let him play and if he plays well, it'll increase his value in trading him around.  With the uncertain future concerning Lowrie's return, its not the right time to trade Lugo.
