OKC. They already have a promising nucleus, and they can boost it further with their two first-rounders this year, whether by drafting or by trading the picks. Also, they only have $41.6 million on the books next year, leaving them roughly $16 million to throw at free agents once they clear their cap holds. They may save their space to make a run at somebody in the 2010 bumper crop or to attempt to hold the nucleus together when contracts start to expire, but they may also make a splash in the overlooked 2009 pool.
You know, Rasheed Wallace would make a very interesting subplot on that team...
